A body of mass m = 1 kg is thrown from a point whose radius vector r = 2i, up vertically with an initial velocity of Vo = 10 m / s. Find the increment of the angular momentum ∆L relative to the origin for the entire flight time of the body (until it returns to the starting point). Z axis up. Neglect air resistance.
