Krapivin worked in a group of workers to unload cement powder. During the lunch break, he started a playful fight with his peer Deeva, during which he pushed her into a pit filled to the brim with dry powder cement. Deeva fell face down in cement and, breathing it in, died. The death of the forensic medical examination came from asphyxiation caused by the ingress of cement powder into the respiratory tract. Krapivin pleaded not guilty to Deeva´s death, saying that he was her friend, pushed her jokingly and was convinced that she could not hit something solid in the pit, as there was soft cement.
Is Krapivin guilty of Deeva’s death? If so, please indicate the form and type of fault.
