Ch., G. and B. went up to I. in the evening under the pretext of lighting a cigarette, attacked him and began to beat him with his hands. G. kicked the victim in the face, which made him hit his head against the wall and fall. After that, these persons continued to beat I. with their feet, striking him in the head and other parts of the body. As the victim showed, during the beating he lost consciousness. After taking possession of the property, I. B. suggested that G. return to find out if the victim had been killed. As a result of the infringement of I. harm was inflicted light damage to health. The investigating authorities qualified the actions of these persons under paragraph "a" of part 2 of article 162 of the Criminal Code. The verdict of the district court Ch., G. and B. were convicted under Part 2 of Art. 161 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, taking into account the fact that the injuries inflicted on I. did not result in a health disorder.
