The Charter of the city of Ekaterinburg (part 4 of article 38-1) establishes the following additional requirements for candidates for the post of head of the Administration of the city of Ekaterinburg:
“This Charter establishes the following additional requirements for candidates for the post of head of the Administration of the city of Yekaterinburg:
1) reaching an age of at least 35 years;
2) the period of residence in the municipality of the city of Yekaterinburg is at least 10 years in total at the time of application for participation in the competition for the post of head of the Administration of the city of Ekaterinburg;
3) at least five years of work experience in senior positions in government bodies or in local self-government bodies or in organizations in the field of industrial production, finance, law, state and municipal institutions;
4) the absence of an unexpunged and (or) outstanding criminal record.
