The specified petition was filed by the defendant in the course of consideration of a dispute on the protection of consumer rights. The witness confirmed that at the conclusion of the contract the necessary and reliable information was brought to the consumer, the terms of the contract (execution order, deadlines, responsibility, etc.) were explained.

If necessary, the application may be adjusted to the specific topic of the dispute (subject of the dispute) and circumstances that need to be proved by one of the parties.

Являюсь индивидуальным предпринимателем. Потребитель обратился в суд, поскольку, по его мнению, я ему некачественно оказал услугу. Юриста у меня нет, и я пошел в суд сам. Суд задал вопрос, могу ли я подтвердить свои объяснения свидетельскими показаниями. Я сказал, что да, и суд попросил в письменном виде представить ходатайство. Приобрел ходатайство, все подробно расписано, все понятно, спасибо.
