INTRODUCTION
Nowadays, the development of computer technologies allows to solve a wide range of tasks, both in the home application and in the field of business. In the global software market, users are offered specialized software and complete integrated software packages to meet the growing demands of their customers.
There is a great demand for a number of applications aimed at creating multimedia presentations. But one of the most effective in terms of speed and ease of learning skills and functionality is Microsoft PowerPoint, which is part of the office suite of Microsoft Office applications. The program allows to create files of electronic presentations, leaflets reports, electronic manuals, to prepare materials for conferences, to make official messages, to create advertising slideshows and other. PowerPoint users can not only create, edit, print, and present presentations on a computer or projector monitor, but also publish them online as a Web page.
Presentation (from English present - to represent) is understood to be the transfer, presentation of the audience of ideas, plans, developments and more. In other words, a presentation is a demonstration material for almost every public presentation, from a management report to a lecture at an institution. A computer presentation is a file in which such material is collected and presented in a readily accessible form using various multimedia effects. Just as a text document consists of pages, a presentation file is made up of individual frames or slides. Not only can these slides be displayed on a computer or a special projector as they perform, but also on paper. The advantages of such a presentation over a bunch of posters are obvious:
Матеріа presentation sequence: using slides that change each other on the screen, it is much easier to hold the attention of the audience than by running a pointer between the posters posted throughout the hall; completely change the sequence of teaching;
Спе synopsis: presentation is not only what the audience sees and hears, but also notes for the speaker: what not to forget, how to set the accents. Only the speaker sees these notes: they are displayed on the computer screen;
 Multimedia effects: Presentation slide is not a simple image. It, like any computer document, can contain animation elements, audio and video clips;
 copy: you can create - and quickly enough the required number of copies of the e-presentation;
 Transportability: A flash drive with a presentation is much leaner to buy posters and much less affected by frequent trips to various events. Moreover, the presentation file can be sent via e-mail, and if necessary, you can even transfer your presentation online without wasting time traveling.
