INTRODUCTION

The beginning of the XXI century is characterized by globalization processes and the formation of a new system of international relations. This has led to the fact that the interdependence of countries in today´s world has significantly increased. It means that changing the situation in any part of the world may provoke changes in the entire system of international relations. This is especially noticeable in the case of underdeveloped countries, such as Afganistan and Pakistan. Taking this into account, an alliance between Afganistan and Pakistan and the search for effective interaction between these countries is a battle for a dacha based on the teachings of regional relations.
Actuality of those we researched by the same fact that for the last three and thirty years in the history of Ghana there were serious changes. The F.D. Karimov´s "Fghan community has become the object of conducting different social experiments and from the building of different parts of the state system. The only thing that happened during the most recent period in Afghanistan was a strong mixture of the following: monarchical (1,973) republikan (M.Dauda, 19,788), two-letter (1,979). At the same time, there was a growing gap in the geopolitics of the region. The wounds of the present day are related to the following factors: the Putun princess; the personalities of the divided clans in the ethnic system of the African community; the status of the "bufer state" and many others. Some investigators have called Afganistan a "failed state". the others are "with the trance of the state." ...three of them are "with the backlog of independent political groups."
The actuality of our research is based on the same facts:
- The face of the African-Pakistani village is another 22,50 km long, which is the subject of early warning signs;
- At the beginning of the twenty-first century, the wounds showed certain signs of progress, including, in particular, the "Pakistani faculty", which is a powerful faculty of African politics;
- Because of the problem in the country, with its yarn-like structure, Pakistan´s leadership is unable to deal with the Pashtun issue;
- The majority of them eat at the regional level with the option of redefining the degree of development of the territorial spurs into two different weights from that of Ghana and Pakistan;
- one of the great achievements of the government of the national food industry of afghanistan is the consolidation of afghanistaniPakistani relations.
This year´s situation in Afghanistan cannot be objectively viewed by anybody, but it is too complex and confusing. It is not escaped from being carried by Afghanistan and other countries, including Pakistan. This is not escaped from being worn by Afghanistan and other countries, including Pakistan. The importance of the information you have mentioned above has conditioned your research and confirms its urgency.
At the beginning of XX I century there is no complex research on African-Pakistani relations. Many of my works on sacred resources on the problem are mainly focused on the non-thorical aspects of Putun´s penetration into the Pakistani pearl millet and are broadcast by non-thorical experts in the field of African-Pakistani relations. Based on the above considerations, you are a boron of literature. In the article about origin of Putun´s fields in social and political life of Afganistan it is necessary to follow from the western Russian siticism of Afganistan I.M.Reisner. This article is based on the teachings of Yuri Gankovsky in the history of the politics of the African state and the history of cooperation between Afghanistan and Pakistan. This work is, in fact, a very good example of the doctrine of the development and coordination of the new policy on these states. In the torical project, this is seen in the works of V. M. Masson, V. A. Romodin, V. G. Kohrun and others. There are still ethic and lytic conflicts in this country, which are not
