INTRODUCTION
The problem of poor business planning is particularly common for companies operating in emerging markets, such as Russia. Domestic entrepreneurs are often motivated by careless attitude towards the plan by the general instability of the economy and, as a consequence, by the low level of implementation of forecast calculations. Meanwhile, global experience confirms that it is in the conditions of market fluctuations and growing competition that the importance of planning should increase. The more uncertainty in the external business environment, the more order should be in the internal organization of the firm, the more attention should be paid to the development of market strategy of development and actions to implement these strategies.
To use all advantages of planning in current activity of the enterprise introduction of the design approach as administrative technology is necessary. Unfortunately, while only large Russian companies aspiring to make the work even more effective think about it. On the most part of the enterprises development and introduction of innovations is carried out dishonestly that, by virtue of the reasons described above, considerably raises level of their operational and strategic risks.
Relevance of a theme of final qualifying work is defined by that planning of design activity of the company is a continuous process of definition of the best way of actions for achievement of the purposes in view of an emerging situation.
The project plan is the uniform, consecutive and co-ordinated document including results of planning of all functions of management of the project and being a basis for performance and the project control.
The purpose of the work is to study the theoretical foundations of project planning, as well as the implementation of the project on the example of the company.
To achieve the goal of the work, the following tasks are set:
- study of the essence and basic processes of project planning;
- analysis of the stages of project activities, assessment of the efficiency of its planning;
- study of organizational and economic activities of the "Melody of Health" pharmacy chain;
- the situational analysis of external and internal environment of company activity;
- competitiveness assessment in the pharmaceutical market;
- project planning development of a pharmacy chain branch;
- project efficiency assessment.
Subject of study - project planning process.
Object of research - pharmacy chain "Melody Zdorovie" - pharmacy supermarkets located all over Russia.
Theoretical basis of the work is the works of foreign and domestic scientists in the field of project planning: D. Geston, J. Nelis, K. Lokir, J. Gordon, A. G. Ivasenko, G. I. Prosvetov, I. I. Mazur, V. D. Shapiro, L. G. Matveeva and others.
In addition, the theoretical and methodological basis of the graduation qualification work is formed by periodicals, legislative and regulatory acts, primary data of the pharmacy chain "Melody of Health", Internet resources.
Quantitative and qualitative methods of research, methods of marketing, technical-economic and logical analysis, SWOT-analysis, sales methods and management methods were used to solve the tasks set in the graduate qualification work.
Practical importance of the research - planning of the project of development of the branch of the pharmacy chain "Melody of Health" will allow the company to increase customer orientation and competitiveness, to increase profitability of the enterprise.
The graduate qualification work consists of an introduction, three sections, a conclusion, a list of used sources and literature.
