The Legislative Duma of the Khabarovsk Territory adopted the Law of the Khabarovsk Territory "On the authorized representative of the indigenous peoples of the North in the Khabarovsk Territory." In paragraph 5 of Art. Section 5 of the Regional Law establishes the procedure for the participation of citizens in the meeting for the election of authorized representatives of the indigenous peoples of the North.
