T. leased her apartment for a period of nine months. The contract of employment was concluded in writing and notarized. Upon expiration of the contract, G., who lives in an apartment, refused to vacate the dwelling, citing her action by saying that she had no other housing and no one would be able to drive her out into the street, since this contradicts the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
T. filed a lawsuit vindication about the recovery of the apartment from the illegal possession of G. The illegality of ownership in the lawsuit was justified by the fact that the term of the contract was over and, therefore, G. has no legal basis for living in an apartment. G. in the response to the lawsuit indicated that she could be evicted only on the grounds provided for by the contract of employment.
