Mr. B., 33 years old, was taken by relatives to the neurosurgical department of City Clinical Hospital No. 22 in an unconscious state. In the left temporal region, a slit-shaped wound, located longitudinally, having an elliptical soot belt, was found; in the parietal region, under the skin on the right, a homemade lead bullet was found, the skull bones were not damaged.
Question. Describe the damage. What are the direction of the wound channel, the distance of the shot? What is used projectile? Formulate questions for forensic examination.
