Task 1


From the below listed documents (acts) indicate the regulatory acts, briefly justify your answer:
a) Birth certificate issued by the registry office.
b) The sentence of the district court.
c) Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Adopted by the UN General Assembly on December 10, 1948.
d) Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
e) Regulations on labor remuneration in the enterprise.

The prosecutor of Zadrynsk opened a criminal case against a group of skinheads who broke into a room belonging to the local office of the Jehovah´s Witnesses organization, smashed ceremonial utensils and dispersed the crowd. The case was initiated under Article 148 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - “Hindering the exercise of the right to freedom of conscience”.
The defender of the accused stated that the case is subject to termination, since the Constitution does not disclose the concept of “the right to freedom of conscience” and does not define the religious rite. The acts performed by members of the Jehovah´s Witnesses organization are not a religious ceremony. In addition, the Constitution does not contain a sanction on violation of the rule on freedom of conscience, and therefore there is no sanction in the composition of this norm in the presence of a hypothesis and disposition.
Is the case subject to termination on the basis of the stated defense arguments? Solve the case. Do the norms of the Constitution have properties of direct action?

At the conclusion of employment contracts, the head of a municipal enterprise took from all new applicants a statement that during the first two years of work at the enterprise they would not qualify for annual paid holidays.
Are the actions of a manager legal?

Task 4

Aronova asked the court to declare the marriage between her and Aronov null and void. Motivating her demands, she indicated that prior to the conclusion of her marriage, Aronov had misled her. He told her that he was the owner of a restaurant chain, he had a big house in Israel, he would give her an apartment in the center of Moscow. After some time, it became clear that this is not true.
Is the suit of Aronova satisfied? What circumstances entail the recognition of marriage as invalid?

Pensioner Krivov, guessing that his “new Russian” cottage neighbor is built on dishonestly earned money, “in order to restore social justice” systematically, in the absence of the owner and other workers, visited the neighborhood plot, and leaving, he grabbed various building materials with him (scaffold, cement, hammers, nails, etc.). According to Krivov himself, he did a good deed and in the future, the property seized in this way was going to be transferred to law enforcement agencies.
Are the actions of Krivov criminal?
