Spec Ops: The Line is a brand new exciting provocative third-person shooter from 2K Games, created to put the player in front of hard moral dilemmas, where any choice can cost someone´s life. The plot is inspired by the films "Apocalypse Now" and "Heart in the Dark", but unfolds in the ruined city of Dubai, and the gameplay includes team tactics, a world that forces you to think not only horizontally but also vertically, devastating sandstorms that you can use in their favor, as well as many maps and modes for multiplayer games.

It´s been six months since a terrible storm buried Dubai under a huge layer of sand. Thousands died, among others - American soldiers sent to evacuate the city. Today the city has turned into the richest and most luxurious ruins in the world. Not so long ago, a mysterious radio signal arrived from Dubai and the Delta detachment went on reconnaissance. Their task is simple: find the source of the signal and survivors and evacuate them. But they are waiting for a city in war. To save Dubai, the Delta detachment will have to find a man in the heart of this madness - Colonel John Conrad.
Game process
Spec Ops: The Line is a third-person shooter, combining intense firefights and team combat mechanics. The player is led by a detachment of three characters - Captain Martin Walker, Lieutenant Adams and Sergeant Lugo. Each of them has a unique character, special skills and the role that they play in this grim realistic story about the dark side of the war, where there are no good deeds, and there are only hard decisions. As the missions are completed, new types of weapons and equipment are available. In addition, the desert environment of Dubai is brought into the game with an amazing level of graphics, and sandstorms actively influence the construction of levels and can both help in the passage, and become an insurmountable obstacle. The verticals of the huge skyscrapers in Dubai also provide tactical advantages for both the player and his opponents. Multiuser campaigns contain new modes and unusual situations and environments that expand the sensations after passing a single game.
