Description of the procedure
The proposed questionnaire (60 century.) Allows you to determine the personal profile of the crisis. The theoretical basis of this technique is the provision on the complex character of the experience of the crisis, which, as a rule, affects the following spheres:

functional problems:

disturbance of the functioning of the vegetative system,
cardiac activity,
respiration,
gastrointestinal tract,
problems with sleep;
violations of cognitive-analytical activity:
attention,
perception,
thinking,
memory, etc .;

emotional disturbances
anxiety,
generalized emotional reactions - anger, shame, guilt, or emotional dullness, or weakness, increased emotionality);

depressed mood;

changes in behavior and activities
(problems with the performance of official and household duties, or attempts to escape from the problem, or absorption of the problem, etc.).

The individual profile is determined. The assessment of the crisis experience is made according to the key table, where the points scored are listed in the 17 positions given.
