Company of Heroes 2: The offensive in the Ardennes is a stand-alone product that allows you to familiarize yourself with the US Army in 18 scenarios for one player.

Continuing the history of World War II, this remarkable campaign allows you to plunge into the thick of the battle that Churchill once called "... undoubtedly the greatest battle in which US troops have so far participated." This key stage of the war is known as the "Battle for the Rim". You will lead the forces of the US Army, who, in severe tactical and weather conditions, are opposed to the sudden counterattack of the German High Command "West". You can look at the events of this operation through the eyes of three different officers, each of whom is forced to solve his own problems and determine the fate of his company. The reality of the war is such that no one can avoid risk on it. Your companies are not an exception. Look at the dangers in person and enter into a fight with superior forces for control of the strategically important region of the Ardennes.

• NONLINEAR CAMPAIGN. Control the overall strategic map, which includes all the main areas of the Ardennes operation. Perform combat missions in any order to ultimately crush the Reich´s military machine and reverse the course of the war
• 18 NEW SCENARIOS. Participate in 11 episodes of the dynamic campaign taking place on the territory of the Ardennes, and 7 additional battles based on the key events of this period of the war. Perform dynamic additional tasks that change with each passing game
• THREE UNIQUE ROUTES. Universal airborne company. Indomitable mechanized company. Terrible company of support. You can select a company before the operation begins. Each of the three mouths is headed by their own officer with a unique character and abilities
• RESPONSIBILITY FOR RESULT. Thoroughly consider your decisions: the state of each company is saved from episode to episode. The veteran status of squads increases the effectiveness of the entire company, and the losses incurred reduce it. Inept resource management can lead to a complete loss of the company. The outcome of the whole campaign depends on your decisions!
• OPPORTUNITIES OF SELECTION. Change 4 unique abilities of each company, choosing up to 6 different improvements. Using a unique skills tree, consisting of 72 levels, players can choose the direction of development of commanders during the campaign
