Stylish, bold and tense - the very creators of Secret Ponchos characterize their creation with such epithets. This isometric perspective arcade action game combines elements of an online fighting game, RPG and MOBA, and offered players team battles in the scenery of the dusty towns of Frontier, where the sounds of an upset taper piano whistle bullets and drunken laughter of harsh cowboys.

But the heroes of Secret Ponchos do not quite resemble the classic "gunmen", not to mention the weapon that will cause confusion in any more or less normal hero of westerns. Here is Mademoiselle Matador - a lover of banderillias and swords, bold and dangerous, like Bonnie Parker, but Phantom Poncho is wrapped in an anorexic hipster cloak, armed with a whip and a sawn-off shotgun. Behind them looms a skinny figure of a boy named Kid Red - a poured out copy of the hero of Gorillaz clips, in whose pockets you can always find a couple of slaughter and stunning smoke bombs.

Do not like bony characters? Then meet the bulky Deserter, who, in addition to the ancient musket with a bayonet, has a first-aid kit and a syringe with adrenaline. And finally, get acquainted with the gray-bearded grandfather-murderer, who owns a guided knife and the best ratio of parameters from all the crazy five characters.

Fighting in Secret Ponchos suggests a rather active interaction with the keyboard and mouse. To survive surrounded by such psychos, will have a great surf and dance around the enemy. The environment surrounding the players tends to collapse somewhere in the middle of the match, since the game mechanics implies active use of shelters. Plus, the characters´ weapons can cause severe injuries that directly affect the capabilities of the characters.

Players in Secret Ponchos are fighting for a reason, and for reputation, and a negative one. It´s all like in westerns - the steeper the character, the bigger the amount is on the “Wanted” posters. Because of this, the atmosphere of the Wild West is felt particularly acutely, much like in the games of Call of Juarez and Red Dead Redemption. The developers themselves took inspiration from other sources: Team Fortress and Street Fighter 2, and, apparently, have big plans for eSports.
