Once in the small town of Walsembor, Kate decides to help the nomads fulfill their strange ancient tradition: to escort the migration of snow ostriches to sacred foothills, where they can breed. With them, Kate will experience the most dangerous and wondrous adventures, with mysterious stalkers constantly breathing down their necks.
