Two php script read.php and write.php
read.php - reads all text from doc/docx file and displays
write.php - writes the new text in doc/docx
These scripts exemplify work with doc and docx (read/write), but they are not a complete solution and require improvement.

Принцип работы виден хорошо. Ещё бы форматировал из html был бы полный респект.
