In the course work, the traction calculation of the car was performed according to the prototype ZIL-131, ZIL-130, the design parameters of the vehicle´s transmission were determined. The clutch design is described and the clutch assembly of the car is calculated (the axial pressing force, the friction radius, the specific load on the surface of the plates, the outer and inner radius of the plates are found, the rivets and the splined connection of the hub of the driven disk are checked). The graphical part, made in AutoCAD, is attached to the calculation: Charts for the calculation of A1 format (VSX, traction balance, power balance, dynamic passport, vehicle acceleration, acceleration path and vehicle acceleration time); clutch assembly drawing format A1 and specification thereto; 4 working drawings of A3 format: push lever, oil deflector, driven disk, friction pad, remote disk.
